We took out the British Gas plumbing protection as we know from experience how costly it is to call out our local plumber . Our boiler fan seized up we spray wd40 which worked temporarily - the labour and parts cost 250 pounds and then another part - the air pressure sensor broke down . The gas warranty would cover all this .
